Jessica is the face behind the scenes of Oat & Oak. She has always had a hope of opening a café, and last year, launched a side hustle to nurture that dream. While her passion is in food, her work experience lies in the environmental sustainability realm. Oat & Oak works to source local, organic and natural ingredients whenever possible to produce ethical treats for you to indulge in. All products are made fresh from scratch for each market.
